    Based in New York City, Eva Romanova is the founder and principal strategist of Resultreach Consulting Corp, a boutique marketing agency that helps brands grow through data-driven and emotionally intelligent strategy.

    With over 15 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in global HR leadership and 3+ years in performance marketing, Eva bridges the gap between business systems and human psychology.

    Before founding Resultreach, she led HR and marketing initiatives across North America and Europe, building scalable organizations and purpose-driven employer brands.

    Today, her approach integrates neuroscience, analytics, and behavioral frameworks (DISC) — creating marketing that feels human and performs with precision.
